Wholesale & Custom Tees
If you are a wholesale customer all of our wholesale purchases are now through the Faire platform. If you are not already a Faire customer you can get $100.00 credit for our store by clicking the link below.
If you know us as custom tee folks, please know you were part of our journey and our focus has really turned to providing transfers to build your business. But we love you so are still making Custom Tees on a case by case basis. Our process and timeline is set up on a case by case basis, to begin the process please email your print ready artwork to customerservice.726market@gmail.com so we can ensure your transfer is the highest quality possible. We will need quantities and artwork size/placement at a minimum and will get your quote together within 5 business days. If you do not have your exact quantities you will need them prior to paying the deposit, there is a minimum of 15 custom shirts for each quote; lower quantities at our sole discretion. There is a $25.00 setup fee for each design on first orders and $15.00 fee (each design) for any reorders. Custom Tees will pay Sales Tax unless a valid Sales & Use certificate for retail trade is provided.
All our custom tees require up to a 50% non-refundable deposit and have a minimum turn around time of 15 business days depending on order size. Any copyrighted or trademarked logos, patterns etc must be accompanied by letter of authorization from the trademark/copyright holder or will be refused, this includes all school and university logos. Final payment for custom tees is due 5 business days prior to promised completion date. Invoice will be sent and you will be given 24 hours to pay the invoice or your order will canceled. Deposit will not be refunded in event of order cancellation for non-payment. There will be no reminders sent for payment of invoice. All invoices and payments will be processed through website, no cash payments accepted.
As of February 15, 2023 we are no longer working with customers taking pre-orders. If anything on your quote change the process will begin again and a new quote will be required.
